Orchard Cottage is a converted farmhouse dating back to the early 18th, century. you enter the cottage to a large reception
hall with a quiet reading area and a payphone, from this you walk down to the wine cellar cum wood store.The large lounge/dining
room which has an open fire, has stunning views over the farm's pasture land and of the Mayfield Valley.
The fully equipped kitchen has traditional fitted pine units and looks out onto the cottage garden. The kitchen contains
a dishwasher, electric oven, fridge, freezer and microwave.
Upstairs there is a large bathroom complete with bath and over head shower, wc and wash basin, this then leads along
the landing to the master bedroom containing a double bed and fitted wardrobes, and further along the landing is the
second bedroom containing two single beds, and fitted wardrobes. Downstairs is the last bedroom containing a single bed and
a pine wardrobe and a pine set of draws.
The cottage is centrally heated throughout and on your arrival there will be a Yorkshire Post and chickens permitting Mill
Lane Farm free range eggs.
